Dr. Britton was born in Indiana, raised in Sugarland, Texas. He attended Texas A & M University for his undergraduate education. He then attended University of Texas Dental School. After his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA, Dr. Britton returned to Texas. Where he opened Laredo Oral & Maxillofacial surgery in 1998.

Dr. Britton specializes in oral & maxillofacial surgery, which includes wisdom teeth removal, replacing missing teeth with dental implants, oral pathology, and dental emergencies. He backs his years of experience with a compassionate understanding of each patient’s concerns and dental goals.

Dr. Britton currently serves as the DEN PAC representative and is active in his local dental society, where he has served as president and secretary in the past.

Personal

Dr. Britton’s family includes a daughter, three grandchildren, and two cats. He enjoys time with his grandchildren, fishing, biking, painting and collecting arrowheads in his spare time.
